APPLE BUTTER
SOCIAL
at Stone Soup Farm
November 9th & 10th, 2024
10 am to 4 pm
Here are the days where leaves turn to gold and fires burn bright... We polish our old copper kettle and season the cast iron skillet to prepare the last of fall's harvest.
Join us for a festive social featuring land-based arts and crafts workshops for all ages. For centuries people lived off the land; eating regionally, preserving harvests, and maintaining artisan skills that shaped their communities. We will be making apple butter the traditional way and serving samples on fresh baked bread. Farm artisans will be making soap and dipping candles while campfires create warm lounges for sipping mulled cider and roasting s'mores. Enjoy a day of delicious food cooked over open fire amongst golden trees.
